Making Up by Helena Hunting

Making Up (Shacking Up, #4)Making Up by Helena Hunting
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This author never fails to bring a great read that has so much humor. It starts out with the two meeting each other and a very humorous way! Cosy is a young woman that is just working any job just until she finished her degree and moves forward with her career. When an older man walks into her place of work, she can’t help but flirt and be herself. I loved these two and I enjoyed how the past couples make an appearance in these books as well.

This book is narrated by Jacob Morgan and Muffy Newton. Have listened to several books by Jacob Morgan and he doesn’t fail me yet again with this book.

The Cornerstone by Kate Canterbary

The Cornerstone (The Walshes, #4)The Cornerstone by Kate Canterbary
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Mmm, this book starts of HOT! Something different from any of the past books. I love the back and forth between these two and the first few nights are steamy. Also I must say that the author does a great job bringing up the abuse that happened in this book in a good way considering what happened anyway. This series does a great job of showing that you have no idea what is going on behind closed doors with a family.

Will ~ I liked him but didn’t know how to take him at first. He comes around in the book and becomes very amazing!! He is just trying to help her the only way he knows how.

Shannon ~ She comes off as the over protective sister and not in the good ways in the first books. I hoped that it was just a protection thing that she felt that she had too. She comes off as someone completely different in this book. The further I got into the book to more she started to make sense to me. Also, once her past comes out it pieces together the way she is a little more.

This series is narrated by Christian Fox and Lucy Rivers - they both do a good job and change their voices a little to match what you think of the characters.

Necessary Restorations by Kate Canterbary

Necessary Restorations (The Walshes, #3)Necessary Restorations by Kate Canterbary
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Oh… this book starts out so much funnier than the past. Nothing better than being trapped with someone in the elevator. This couple has become my new favorite!!! They start out as great friends who like to talk dirty to each other and I loved it! Gosh, Sam’s dad really did a number on him. It’s so sad that he questioned who he was because of what his dad use to say to him. Awe, the ending of this… melted my heart!!

Sam ~ Oh Sam, he is just straight forward with what he is thinking. I loved him from chapter one in this book… he was straight forward how he felt. By the end of these book I was completely team SAM!

Tiel ~ She got on my nerves at some points. But she comes around after she learns to let go of her past.

The Space Between by Kate Canterbary

The Space Between (The Walshes, #2)The Space Between by Kate Canterbary
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Andy becomes an intern at the Walsh’s company. She is working for Patrick. These two had intense attraction from the beginning and I could not wait for them to get together… you could just feel the chemistry between them right away.

Patrick ~ He is the older and put together brother.

Andy ~ She grows so much through this book.

Underneath It All by Kate Canterbary

Underneath It All (The Walshes, #1)Underneath It All by Kate Canterbary
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This was a great start to the series and I really enjoyed how they already have started to bring the rest of the family in so much during book one. I love the funny banter between the family and just makes me more excited to read the rest of the books.

Matthew ~ I could not figure out how I really felt about him because part of me thought he was so sweet and amazing… than I also felt like he was way to pushy and aggressive at times.

Lauren ~ she comes across as very cold harder for more than half the book.
